Why Take Tumbling?
Tumbling is a form of gymnastics without props or equipment. Common moves performed in tumbling include somersaults, cartwheels, aerials, handstands, handsprings, tucks, and layouts. Tumbling teaches students strength, flexibility, endurance, balance, and control. It has become essential that those students interested in participating on competitive dance or cheer teams master their tumbling skills.
At our two Utah County locations (Highland and Lehi), we want to provide the opportunity for our students to learn and perfect these skills. We want to help them to be successful in whatever future endeavors they decide to pursue!
