By accessing or using our website, registering for classes, or participating in our programs, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. General Information

1.1 Eligibility Students of all ages and skill levels are welcome to participate in our programs. Parents or guardians must complete the registration process for students under the age of 18.

1.2 Amendments Move Dance Studio reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the website or participation in our programs constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Registration and Payment

2.1 Registration All students must complete the online registration form before participating in any class or program. Registration is not complete until payment is received.

2.2 Tuition and Fees Tuition is due on the first of each month and is non-refundable. A late fee of $15 will be applied to payments received after the 10th of the month. Additional fees may apply for costumes, recitals, competitions, and other events.

2.3 Payment Methods We accept payment via credit card, debit card, or electronic funds transfer. Recurring payment options are available for your convenience.

2.4 Refund Policy Tuition and fees are non-refundable except in cases of prolonged illness or injury, with a doctor’s note provided.

3. Class Policies

3.1 Attendance Regular attendance is essential for students’ progress. Please notify the studio in advance of any absences. Excessive absences may affect participation in recitals or competitions.

3.2 Dress Code Students must adhere to the studio’s dress code for all classes. Proper dance attire and footwear are required to ensure safety and consistency.

3.3 Behavior Students and parents are expected to behave respectfully toward instructors, staff, and fellow participants. Disruptive behavior may result in dismissal from the program without a refund.

4. Liability Waiver

4.1 Assumption of Risk Dance and tumbling activities carry inherent risks. By enrolling in our programs, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

4.2 Release of Liability Move Dance Studio, its instructors, and staff are not liable for any injury, illness, or damage that may occur on studio premises or during studio events.

4.3 Medical Emergencies In case of a medical emergency, Move Dance Studio may seek emergency medical treatment for a student. All medical expenses incurred are the responsibility of the student’s parent or guardian.

5. Media Release

5.1 Photography and Videography Move Dance Studio reserves the right to use photos and videos taken during classes, recitals, or events for promotional purposes. By enrolling, you consent to the use of your or your child’s image. If you wish to opt out, please notify the studio in writing.

6. Privacy Policy We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Any data collected during registration or communication with Move Dance Studio will only be used for studio-related purposes and will not be shared with third parties.

7. Termination of Enrollment Move Dance Studio reserves the right to terminate a student’s enrollment at its discretion. Reasons for termination may include non-payment, repeated absences, or failure to adhere to studio policies.
